The Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) - Nigeria Chapter is a professional body committed to driving the growth, application, and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence across Nigeria and providing leadership in Africa. We bring together researchers, practitioners, industry leaders, policymakers, students, and enthusiasts to foster innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing in AI.

Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence, Nigeria Chapter, is the first to be accredited in Africa, and is saddled with the responsibility of providing pathways for others within the continent on the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence, encouraging both private and public sector on digital transformation and providing unconditional support to government in formulating useful policies and laws to guide the citizens and corporate organisations. Lagos State AI & ML Training - 2025
AAAI Nigerian Chapter in partnership with Lagos State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education trained a total of 1,300 public senior secondary school student across all educational districts on AI & Machine Learning Training.
